When I load that url I never get a login screen... just a very red splash screen.

when I load it I get a "we are sorry...",
reporter without the html/css source of that page+frames it is virtually
impossible to know what is causing the problem, if you can see that page, do a
view source on the page and each of the frames.

Hmm.. the login screen screen is a popup window. If you have popups disabled,
you won't see it. Clicking on the red page will load it anyway. I can only say
that Mozilla displays the right frame "wrong" compared to IE (the bottom part is
missing), but don't know if the page is valid. Build 20020222 w2k pro.

I see the login screen now... I don't see this bug, though (Linux build
2002-02-24-06). Rendering is identical to Netscape 4 and to the NS4 and old
mozilla screenshots you attached.
Maybe this is windows-only?
I know the site was down for maintenance from 1am - 6am GMT, but now it's back
up again, problem is still there. I'll set the OS to Windows 98 even though I
know it happens under win 2k too cus there is no All Windows OSes option.
OS: All → Windows 98
