Do we need to block equivalent of bug 783517 for later Windows?

When we blocked this for Windows 8, there was no Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. So, we see a crash like this: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/c7bff1df-2a86-4982-bb0d-ab4142160526 on Windows 10, with acceleration and this driver. Perhaps the drivers are different even if they have matching versions and we don't have to worry about Windows 10? Or do we?
