- Issue is reproducible only on Ubuntu and Mac OS's.

[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 49.0a1 (2016-05-29)

[Affected platforms]:
- Ubunut 16.04 x64 and Mac OS X 10.10.5

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. From about:config, enable the devtools.responsive.html.enabled pref.
3. Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi.
4. Enable RDM. 
5. Click on the dropdown buttons.

[Expected result]:
- The dropdown list is correctly displayed.

[Actual result]:
- Nothing happens (see the attached video). 

[Regression range]:
- I'll investigate asap if this is a regression.

[Additional notes]:
- On Windows OS, the dropdown buttons are not displayed (see Bug 1276629).
- Another issue is that after the STR are performed, even the dropdowns from other tabs are not working, even if the RDM is not enabled in those tabs. (If only the first 4 STR are performed, the issue is not applicable on other tabs).

This issue is fixed by the work in bug 1240900.  Won't fix for earlier branches since it's only in new RDM.

I've reproduced the initial issue on Nightly 49.0a1 (2016-05-29). 

Verified fixed on Mac OSX 10.10.5 and Ubuntu 14.04 64bit using latest Nightly 50.0a1 (buildID: 20160629030209): the dropdown list is correctly displayed, with RDM enabled.
