- Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 16.04 x64, Mac OS X 10.10.5

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Right click on a text element and select 'Inspect Element' option.
3. Reduce the width of the FF window to minimum. 
4. In Inspector->Rules, hoover the mouse cursor over the font type. 

[Expected result]:
- The font preview is correctly displayed. Here is an image of the actual result form the previous builds - http://imgur.com/MaKGUvL.
- Another expected results would be that the first part of the text to be displayed. 

[Actual result]:
- Only the middle part of the text is displayed (http://imgur.com/rd9vYuc).

We can resolve this by using the XUL wrapper for the tooltip in font previews once it's added in Bug 1267403

The XUL wrapper has landed in Bug 1267403, but it is now disabled by default. 
One of the patches in Bug 1285206 will reenable it for the font-preview tooltips.

Hi Julian, now that bug 1285206 has been resolved - does that resolve bug 1279189 as well?

Setting the affected/fixed flag to match bug 1285206. We may want to uplift the patch there to aurora 49.
