Windows 32 bit tester worker types run on a 32 bit operating system and require a 32 bit binary for livelog.
I created a PR (https://github.com/taskcluster/livelog/pull/11) as an attempt at adding this but don't understand enough about go/livelog to know what the test errors are about.
Could someone familiar with the codebase please take a look?

There was network failure in the linux64 travis run, but hitting the rerun button in travis fixed it. The win32 build was successful, and your change was perfect. I merged the PR.
To release it, I've created and pushed tag v1.0.0 - that should cause travis to build and release version 1.0.0 and publish the binaries back to github releases (previous version was v0.0.6).
They should arrive in the next few minutes.
