[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Open Firefox.
2.Activate the Menu bar.
3.Narrow the width of the window to the minimum.
[Expected result]:
The Menu Bar is hidden under the Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons.
[Actual result]:
The Menu button overlaps the Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons.

This issue is reproducible only on Windows 10.

Uh, really? This seems like a dupe of bug 964821 to me, which happens also on e.g. win7.

Hello. I retested using Fx49.0a2 on Windows 7(no visible overlap) and windows 10 (visible overlap), as for the no overlap on windows I used Fx 42.0a1, as for the overlap picture is taken from bug 964821.
I think it is better if the buttons are masking the menu bar. Also if you still think it is a "dupe", please feel free to mark it so.

Yeah, the effects are different because the win10 buttons are semitransparent, but the problem is the same - the menubar should be wrapping or hidden completely or something - but that's hard to accomplish right now.
