I retested using Fx49.0a2 on Windows 7(no visible overlap) and windows 10 (visible overlap), as for the no overlap on windows I used Fx 42.0a1, as for the overlap picture is taken from bug 964821. Yeah, the effects are different because the win10 buttons are semitransparent, but the problem is the same - the menubar should be wrapping or hidden completely or something - but that's hard to accomplish right now.
