The screenshot shows the issues:
* We can see only half of the blue round
* same with the star for bookmark and the "already opened" tab
I am using GNU/Linux Debian with awesome 3.5.9-1 with fx 48.0b4

Sylvestre, have you modified your toolbar recently? Did you put any buttons before the urlbar, or remove any buttons before the urlbar?
I ask because the items in the popup are supposed to shift left and right, depending on how many toolbar items are before the urlbar, so that the column of favicons remains aligned with the info button at the beginning of the urlbar.
