I was recently reminded that the SCROLL_INPUT_METHODS telemetry probe, added in bug 1238137 to help us understand how common the various input methods used for scrolling are, will expire in Firefox 50.

I think this is valuable information to continue collecting, especially as more users transition to APZ and the figures change accordingly (APZ-driven input methods are recorded separately from mainthread-driven input methods).

Therefore, I propose extending this until Firefox 55.

I assume we don't need data collection review for this, since it's not like we're collecting any new data, and this measure isn't particularly sensitive to begin with.

P1 because we need this to be fixed in 50 or we'll have gaps in the data. Actually I think we already have gaps in the data because the 50 nightly doesn't seem to be recording this probe.
