Use physical mouse could also reproduce it, so it's not caused by remote-control service.

I guess the root cause is same as bug 1259365.

Looks the video from 1259365 and Chun-Min's description, I guess the mouse cursor works fine on browser toolbar (previous page, location bar, etc). But there is offset in browser page. I haven't met this issue while I starts implements remote control. I think we can get a previous build (in June?) to see if it will happen.
