0. Paired Fennec and TV
1. Launch Browser app
2. Open any web page
3. Using touch pad to move mouse cursor
4. Using scroller to scrolling up/down
[Expected result]
TV will reflect and show result continuously
[Actual result]
TV only show result after pressing up on remote control

Environment: 2.6 Nexus Player

It's hard to reproduce, reproduce rate is 1/20 and cannot reproduce anymore now.
Will attach more information once this issue can be reproduced again.
