When Bug 1284803 is applied, Several WebVTT tests pass intermittently that should be failed. Tests uses "::cue pseudo-element", but it is not implemented yet in gecko. Therefore they should be always failed. I am going to disable them for now.

Bug 865395 is for "::cue pseudo-element".
