A simple svg reftest, which try to pick a clip-path rule from an external css file. Here is the try result:

Failure rate is pretty high

We need to do two things here
1. reftest for using external css resource in svg document. 
2. figure out why snapshot is taken before clip-path apply.

I found out this problem because heycam ask me adding this kind of reftest in bug 652991
