Steps to reproduce:

1. Install floccus Extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/floccus/?src=ss) (I am the author.)
2. Open the extension in about:addons


Actual results:

No options are displayed, although Firefox Desktop does display them correctly.


Expected results:

The options for the addon, specified in the option_ui manifest key, should be displayed.

I see this too. No options displayed in Fennec 46. Works OK in Fx 46 on Linux. The webextension is not on AMO - I can attach it if needed.
