Details

For now we'll manually update the debugger frontend. This bugs updates it based on changes up to 8/8/2016. There are several important fixes, which I will link to once I have the final list.
I should probably give more context: we landed the new debugger in bug 1288511, but as a compiled bundle. We are experimenting with developing it outside of Firefox and landing a compiled bundle. This will simply update the bundle.
