When I visit any https URL, the "lock icon" at the bottom right corner of the
browser should change to a "locked lock". It doesn't. This happens whether there
are multiple tabs open or not.

If I click on the icon, a wondow opens saying that the connection is insecure
blah blah when in fact it is not.
WORKSFORME on build 2002030604, Win98. I just tested it. Reporter, what build
are you using?
2001122106.
I use tabs and normally have multiple tabs open. I tried closing other tabs just
before clicking on the https link. Didn't seem to make any difference.
This is most probably a dupe of the (ever-popular) bug 101723. As per bug
101723 comment 50, "once [it's] screwed up, it's permanently screwed up" whether
you close the other tabs or not. Reporter: does this happen when the secure
page is the only page that has ever been shown in the window?
