From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010801
BuildID: 2001080110

In the URL provided
(http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=17723) there is a long
list of links with a roll-over effect. Scrolling down with a scroll mouse while
hovering the cursor over the linked text causes the roll-over effect to remain
displayed after the mouse "rolls off" the text.
This does not occur in MS Internet Explorer 4.0+

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place mouse cursor over linked text
2. Scroll down with mouse wheel

Actual Results: Roll-over effect remains displayed on screen

Expected Results: Mozilla should have updated the display back to the a:link style
This is a dupe, but I can't find the bug number right now.
Nick, this issue has been fixed for months. When logging bugs, please test
with a recent build. 0.9.3 is 7 months old and a lot has changed in that time.

Thanks.
