Bug 1051567 might affect to the bug.
When I run http://people.mozilla.org/~kbrosnan/tmp/1155000/video-memory-test.html of Bug 1155000 Comment 2, HTMLMediaElement and MediaDecoder was piled up to more than 100 easily, since cycle collection did not happen. Then gecko needs to handle huge PTexture allocation use case.

I do not working for the bug now. The crash could be caused by general ipc failure. Bug 1445067, Bug 1416726 and Bug 868919 are similar 'constructor for actor failed' failure bug.
