media="print" sheets do nothing when applied in the screen medium, so it makes
no sense to show media="print" sheets in the "Use Stylesheet" menu, except in
print preview and the like.

You sure? What if we want to persist this for printing?
(This was spun off of bug 125613.)

Does this deal with providing the user with the print stylesheets in print
preview mode? (And maybe the projection stylesheets in full screen mode, if we
ever decide to go down that route?) Also, note that the Media Queries draft
would make this somewhat more complex than just a string comparison.
I'm not sure if I like the idea of a UI that shows different options at
different times just because the user switched to print preview mode, shrunk the
window or changed bit depth. Why shouldn't we always list all the alternate
style sets?

Hmm. It seems that we _do_ persist the sheet selection for printing, so this is
not useless UI after all. :) Given that and Ian's comments (both here and in
bug 125613, comment #6) I'd be in favor of marking this invalid.
