From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020207 BuildID: 1001010712 Although Mozilla displays most HTML character entities brilliantly (better than any other browser, period!), it fails entirely to print them on my Linux system. This is Linux Mandrake 8.1 with the 2.4.8-34.1 kernel, using the CUPS printing system. My printer is a Canon BJC-250. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to above URL (or any page containing, α, ← or ⟨) 2.Print it. 3. Actual Results: Some entities print. Specifically, I think, those from the iso8859-15 character encoding, but a few others, too. Of the Greek letters, only Delta and mu print. Most of the others specified by HTML 4 don't print. Expected Results: Well, all of the printable (non-whitespace) characters should have printed, shouldn't they? I haven't tried this on Windows or the Mac.
With linux build 2002-03-08-07 I see the following: 1) Everything in ISO-8859-1 prints 2) Pretty much nothing in the "Character entity references for symbols, mathematical symbols, and Greek letters" section prints (exceptions: capital delta, lowercase mu, bullet, slash, "TM", partial, sum, minus, root, ne, le, ge. I know I have fonts for displaying those characters on my system -- Mozilla is showing them fine on screen and in MathML, TeX renders them fine, dvips has no trouble creating PostScript with them. Some of these fonts are even PostScript fonts...

Ever confirmed: true
Looks that this is a PostScript-module-only issue... I can print the whole page incl. all characters with the Xprint module...
This is a dup....
