Details

In the browser, right-clicking a link gives two ways of opening the link: "&Open in New Window" "Open in New &Tab" In MailNews, right-clicking a link only gives open in new window. MailNews should have open in new tab as an action.

Going thru the bugs blocking bug 75338, bug 104380 is a much closer match (but it's in the wrong component which is why I didn't find it when filing this). Reopening so I can dupe it to the other one.
