In order to land bug 1264367 we need newer minidump_stackwalk binaries in tooltool because the debug format changed for Linux dumps.

After a bunch of fiddling I got everything to build:

I had to make some changes to the in-tree minidump_stackwalk build script, the stackwalk-http code, a tiny fix to Breakpad, and a few changes to the Docker image.

I'm not looking for review on the minidump_stackwalk.sh changes, that's NPOTB. It would be nice if it was easier to trigger builds using that script, but it's better than nothing.
