I.e. if you go to a secure site in a tabbed window, you cannot tell if it is really secure. I wasn't sure whether to put this under general browser/PSM/NSS... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch Mozilla 2. Ctrl+T to open a tab window 3. Open web site in new tab (preferably a secure site) 4. Click the security info icon @ bottom right of your screen (assuming you're not in full-screen mode) 4b. Or, instead of step 4, right click the web site in the 2nd (or higher) tab and select "View Page Info"I Actual Results: Of clicking security icon: Shows page info of first tab window instead of current, viewed window Of right-clicking & selecting "View Page Info": Shows the frame-info for current page, but the "Security" tab shows info for 1st tabbed window & NOT the current, viewed window Expected Results: If clicking security icon: Show security info of current, viewed window If right-clicking & selecting "View Page Info": Show page info (including correct security tab info) of current, viewed window This bug makes it impossible to see security info for any tabbed windows & know whether you're connected securely to a site. It almost seems like the tabbed feature treats the different tabs as framed children of the first tab, thereby not showing info (since they are children). *shrug*
