Now that https://github.com/mozilla/telemetry-batch-view/pull/114 has been merged, Dexter tells me we need to schedule this job using Airflow as the next step towards getting the sync pings available in re:dash.

Just saw the bug and felt like something I could do quickly, so I took it. Mark, should we schedule the job to run once per week, on weekends? I left your name in the PR, so you can follow up in case the job breaks or needs to be fixed. Does that sound ok?

A key reason for this work is dashboards that track the overall health of Sync so we can quickly find issues that cause a degraded service. I think it would be a shame if we had to wait a week to find a critical problem, and I guess I don't quite understand why doing 7 units of work once per week is better then doing 1 unit of work 7 times per week.
