Please refer to comment #31 & #32 in bug 1298329. 

In bug 1182987, we raise the flag to indicate usage is about to full to prevent adding more usage for indexedDB. We may need to reset that flag after calling persist().

Currently, we only know that we need to do this for indexedDB. We may have similar problem in other clients.
