User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9+)
Gecko/20020314
BuildID: 2002031403
if you logout of windows after using mozilla launched from Quick Launch toolbar
(with a -P option) cache is not closed down properly
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mozilla in turbo, shortcut in Quick Launch with -P "John P Baker"
2. click on Quick Launch icon to launch browser
3. browse some pages
4. Close down mozilla windows
5. acknowledge warning about exiting mozilla
6. logout of windows
7. log back in
8. click on Quick Launch icon to launch browser
Actual Results: Cache is destroyed - only have memory cache in about:cache
repeat steps 3-8
Have brand new cache
Expected Results: Cache should have closed down properly - probably around step 5
