[Steps to reproduce]: 1. In a new tab type "moz" in the awesomebar. 2. Press DOWN arrow until a one-off has focus (e.g. Bing). 3. Move the mouse over first result from dropdown. 4. Press DOWN arrow to navigate to a "Switch to tab" URL from the dropdown. 5. Press ENTER. --> Result: A switch to tab is performed. 6. Repeat steps 1-3. 7. Press DOWN arrow to navigate to a bookmark or a history URL from the dropdown. 8. Press ENTER. --> Result: A search is performed with the one-off that had focus. [Expected result]: Pressing ENTER on a "Switch to tab" and bookmarks/history URL should behave the same: OR switching to tab/opening the URL OR performing a search with the one-off that has focus. [Actual result] Pressing ENTER on a "Switch to tab" URL switches to that tab, while pressing ENTER on a bookmark/history URL results in a search made with the one-off that had focus.

Mass wontfix for bugs affecting firefox 52.

Unassigning myself from non-P1 search bugs for now so I have more time for Photon bugs.

I don't think this is possible anymore now that mouseover doesn't select.
