STR: 1. Open http://me73.com/audio. 2. Start playback of multiple audio streams simultaneously. Expected: All sources start playback (unless restricted by platform). Actual: Only the first source is played. With video things are broken, too, but differently. Audio sometimes stops playing completely, even for freshly started videos.
It's a regression caused by bug 1306570, s/roundf/ceilf in cubeb_resampler_internal.h fixes it.

This works fine for me with all the sound cards/headsets I have, what hardware are you using ?

These are the logs for a session on http://me73.com/audio: 1. Start playback of 1st entry (starts playing). 2. Start playback of 2nd entry (no playback, only updates total duration). 3. Pause playback of 1st entry (pauses playback). 4. Start playback of 3rd entry (no effect, see 2.). 5. Start playback of 4th entry (no effect, see 2.).
This is still busted for me in Nightly, unduping
