Steps to reproduce:
Saved Passwords have multiple entries (10 entries)
Now enable the master password
Restart the thunderbird
Actual results:
Multiple Password Required dialog boxes appear (for me it was 12), refer to the screenshot
Expected results:
Single Password Required dialog box should have appeared
