Open a <select> dropdown. Hit Ctrl/Cmd-W to close the tab. The tab doesn't close. With the old non-e10s dropdowns this worked.

In bug 1191897, this was fixed for Windows. Native dropdowns on Mac and Linux as well as dropdowns on Chrome (on Mac at least) ignore shortcuts while open, so I left this behaviour as is there.

Hi Neil, reading your comment 1, does that mean the current behaviour on Linux and Mac is expected and we could go close this bug as WONTFIX?
