Bug 1186948 and bug 1294341 added the ability for us to hide click-to-play plugins from the navigator.plugins list when iterated. It also made it so that if a page attempted to access navigator.plugin[PLUGIN_NAME] directly, we'd show UI requesting that the user activate the plugin. We don't have tests for that functionality. We should add tests.
