Steps to Reproduce

    Navigate to: http://slack.com/
    Log in to a Slack team
    Type something (short) in the input form on the bottom of the screen
    Submit it

Expected Behavior:
Input field stays the same height

Actual Behavior:
Input field height fluctuates

Unable to reproduce with Linux on Fx 50 or Nightly, but it does appear with OS X 10.9 or 10.12 in Aurora and Nightly (though curiously not in 50).
