Haven't seen this. It would be extremely useful if you could come up with a way to reproduce this.

it is mostly when clicking somewhere in the upper part of the screen- e.g. address line or somewhere there. it looks like it appears and finds out it is on the menu bar, than disappears and uppears a bit lower and i think also a bit to the left from cursor. also when opennig a new window by RMC and selecting open in new window, the popup menu appears once more, so there are two menus atop each other, than as the new one appears both menus are gone.- now i tried to reproduce it, but now i cannot repeat that.

I'll bet this is a dupe of the bug where the context menu will move itself when a tooltip appears. Reporter, can you confirm if the problem is actually happening only when you get a tooltip? You can check this by right-clicking to get the context menu, then move your mouse over the URL bar and wait for a tooltip to appear.
