Details
It would be cool to be able to drag a link from a webpage and drop it on the
download manager to start a download. It would do the same as right clicking the
link and choosing "Save Link As".
Alternatively, the dlmgr prefs window could have a default download directory so
that drag and dropping to the dlmgr window would automatically start the
download to that directory.

Works for me in SeaMonkey 2.1 nightlies, I think we fixed this with the new Download Manager UI in 2.0, actually.
