Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/ 2. Enter Full-Screen mode 3. Move mouse upwards to the top to get the Toolbar and Click to control centeral doorhanger. 4. Now with control center door-hanger open press F11 to exit out of Full-Screen mode. 5. See the mis-aligned Door-hanger. Click anywhere to close the doorhanger. This is especially terrible because now with the doorhanger mis-aligned. it covers a lot of information below it. Actual results: Actual Result: The doorhanger stays misaligned covering everything in the top-left corner of the screen until tab is closed. Expected results: Expected Result: The doorhanger should align itself.

Can anyone tell me where the code for this will be located. I'd really like to work on this bug!

Does it really happen on all platforms? It seems I cannot reproduce this issue on macOS and Windows.
