Firefox 50 is failing 99 of the 329 tests on http://w3c-test.org/url/url-constructor.html

The test has grown, Firefox 54 is failing 160 of the 506 tests.

The test is still growing, Firefox 61 is failing 152 of 515 tests, which is a minor improvement.
