[XBLFC] selects with size=1 and a scrollbar have a list that is too wide

Since my description sucked, here's a screenshot :-)
1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Browser
2. Drop down the OS combobox
3. A scrollbar is shown in the dropdown list - for me at least, running in 1024x768.
Expected Results: width of the dropdown list, including scrollbar, is the same
as the width of the select.
Actual Results: scrollbar is added on to the width, instead of being included in
the width.

As the screenshots show, current versions of Mozilla (Firefox 1.0 and Mozilla
1.8a5) don't have this problem anymore. The dropdown width is now for both
field shows the same behaviour: only a little bigger by a few pixels.
This bug can be closed IMHO
