ASAN browser-chrome tests can now run on Ubuntu 16.04, without introducing more failures. Other browser-chrome tests are still demonstrating failures on Ubuntu 16.04, but moving the ASAN tests will help with bug 1319650 as well as help prevent the introduction of new failures in browser-chrome tests on 16.04. They are not shown green in a run with a more recent base. It may still be that we can suppress or resolve these leaks before the other failures in bug 1319863. If I succeed and go ahead with that approach then I'll add the comment to bug 1319863. Thanks!
