STR:
1. Visit https://mobile.twitter.com/rizmc/status/813726874941558784 in Firefox on Android.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Emoji in tweet. (pile-of-poo, thumbs-up, hands-clasped)
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Blank spaces where emoji should be.
This is a regression -- Firefox release (50) gives EXPECTED RESULTS, Beta/Aurora/Nightly (51-53) give ACTUAL RESULTS.
Tracking down a regression range now. Might also be the same underlying issue as bug 1318769.

In case this doesn't reproduce on all devices (not sure), here's my device info:
Model: OnePlus One (phone)
OS: CyanogenMod 13 (based on Android 6.0.1)

Actually, mozregression shows bug 725119 (emoji missing on getemoji.com) has the same regression range -- I'll dupe and transfer the flags over there, since it was filed earlier.
