1. Open https://www.iandevlin.com/html5test/webvtt/html5-video-webvtt-sample.html
2. Click fullscreen button in video controls. Click play button in video controls
3. Hover mouse over timeline in video controls
4. Hold Ctrl key and rotate mouse wheel up once
AR: Video controls disappear
ER: Video controls shouldn't disappear, because mouse is placed directly above them
