STR_1:
1. Open new window
2. Open data:text/html,<html onclick="W=window.open(); setTimeout(function(){W.close()},3000)">
3. Open as many new tabs as possible without causing overflow in tabs toolbar. Close last 1 new tab
4. Switch to the tab from Step 2, click on the page
5. Wait 4 seconds

AR:  The tab opened in Step 4 closes without animation
ER:  The tab opened in Step 4 should close with animation
