I have not seen this behavior, but it likely specific to Windows and Linux where scrollbars are different. Do you see it on your end?

I didn't see anything like "Clipping", the attachment 8833352 [details] is from windows 10 I am attaching another .gif about how it looks on linux, (though they are almost same) Light theme uses the default scolllbar of firefox.

I suppose this was fixed when we stopped using custom scrollbars for dark theme.
