STR_1:
1. Delete all bookmark items in bookmarks toolbar   (or move them to bookmarks menu, like I did)
2. Click bookmarks dropmarker on toolbar, click "Bookmarks Toolbar" menuitem

AR:  "Bookmarks Toolbar" menu shows unnecessary empty space with separator
ER:  No separator and extra space   [OR]   word "Empty" which is shown in empty bookmarks folders

Please re-open this issue, as bug still exists. No empty space, but separator is still displayed even if there are no items in menu. Separator should be hidden when there are no bookmarks in "Bookmarks toolbar" menu.
