STR_1:
1. Open bookmarks sidebar, open folder "bookmarks menu".
2. Create many bookmarks in bookmarks menu to cause overflow in bookmarks sidebar
3. Scroll bookmarks sidebar to the very end
4. Drag-n-drop any bookmark in "bookmarks menu" folder between any 2 visible bookmarks (w/o scrolling)

AR:  Bokmarks sidebar scrolls to beginning by 1 item
ER:  No scrolling
