STR_1:
1. Open new tab, bookmark that tab with keyword "hello"
2. Open http://example.org in a new tab, press Ctrl+D   ["New bookmark" panel appears]
3. In the field "Tags", type "hello"

AR:  Autocomplete list appears near textbox, but text font is too small and also gray
ER:  Text should be black, font should be normal, just like in autocomplete lists of <input> elements



STR_2:  (reference of good behavior)
1. Open url   data:text/html,<form action="http://example.org/"><input name="kf"><input type="submit">
2. Type "hello" in input, press Enter, go back to the url opened in Step 1
3. In input field, press Down key   [autocomplete list appears]

AR:  Text in autocomplete list is black and of normal size (almost equal to text size in input)

Cannot reproduce with the following specs:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0
