STR_1:
1. Open about:addons, open new tab.
2. Switch to the tab with about:addons, go to "Plugins" -> OpenH264
3. Middle-click on link "License information"
4. Middle-click on link "Homepage"  (http://www.openh264.org/)

AR:
 Step 2 - link opens in a new background tab next to about:addons
 Step 3 - link opens in a new FOREGROUND tab in the end of list of tabs
ER:
 Step 3 - link should open in a new background tab next to current tab, just like a normal link
         (reference of good behavior - AR of Step 2)

Tested on Mac OS X 10.10 and Windows 7 x32 and I can reproduce with FF 50 release, FF 51 beta, FF 52 Aurora, and with Nighlty 53.0a1(2016-01-03). 
I tested with FF 44 and here step 4 is not applicable, the link doesn't open with middle-click.

Too late for firefox 52, mass-wontfix.

Tested on FF 86, this is is fixed. I suggest this gets closed.
