>>> My Info: Win7_64, Nightly 49, 32bit, ID 20160526082509
STR_1:
1. Open about:preferences#applications
2. Set as many actions to external applications, for example:
2.1. Set irc and ircs files to use Mibbit
2.2. Set mailto files to use Gmail
2.3. Set podcast files to use Google Chrome ("Use other" -> "Browse" -> select "chrome.exe")
2.4. Set PDF files to use Adobe Reader
2.5. Set SWF files to use Firefox
3. Click on "ircs" to select content type. If the line is gray, then press Shift+Tab to make it blue
4. Press Down key 4 times. Press Up key 4 times.
AR:
When I switch to a file type that uses external application, the icon of that application blinks
(i.e. disappears completely for 0.1s, then appears. That causes text twitching. You can see that
on screencast, and also, the video conveniently stops when the blinking/twitching is "in the middle")
ER:
Icons shouldn't blink. Text shouldn't twitch
Note: When I select content type by clicking, it also happens
