STR_1:
1. Open http://ya.ru
2. Open netmonitor, reload page
3. Press Tab key several times to focus filter button "Other" in netmonitor
4. Press Spacebar
5. Press Tab key once

AR:  1) After bug 1273211 buttons don't become light-blue when I hold Spacebar
     2) It's unclear what filtering is enabled in netmonitor

ER:  Filtered file types buttons should be highlighted with blue

This is regression from bug 1273211. Regression range:
