STR_1:
1. Open responsive design mode
2. Click on dropmarker near the field with page size
3. Press Down key several times until option "Remove Preset" hides
4. Press Down key several times until option "Remove Preset" appears again


STR_2:
1. Open attached "testcase 1" in non-e10s window
2. Click on the dropmarker
3. Press Down key several times until option "Remove Preset" hides
4. Press Down key several times until option "Remove Preset" appears again


AR:  2 items are highlighted in menulist
ER:  Only 1 item should be highlighted in menulist

The Responsive Design Mode UI seems to have changed recently so that the UI mentioned above is no longer present.

That said, I highly suspect the original problem is the same as 1255513.

This is likely to due to odd select/command event handling.
