STR_1:
1. Open attached "testcase 1"
2. Increase zoom level to 300% (assuming you're using normal DPI (100%))
3. Open devtools -> inspector, expand all nodes
4. Move mouse to element ".progress-bar", then to element ".progress-remainder", then to computed view
AR: Part of red outline doesn't redraw
ER: Outline should redraw in a normal way
