1. Open http://funnyjunk.com/Tumblr+twiiter+comp+7/funny-pictures/5849578/24#24 , wait until it loads
2. Click on the video to play it
3. Hover mouse over the beginning of timeline in video controls, hold left mouse button,
   move mouse to the right and during that gesture, move mouse a bit up/down.

AR:  The video changes its size
ER:  The video shouldn't change its size, just like in GoogleChrome. See Note 1

Notes:
1) I assume that it's caused by sending events to the page, i.e. a Firefox issue, so I filed the bug
   as is. Further investigation will clarify the situation. I also had other scenarios when events
   propagated from video caused troubles, not sure whether I will able to find them... I also assume
   that changing product from "toolkit" to "tech evangelism" isn't a big deal anyway, is it?
2) AR mentions one possible root case - 'mousemove' events, but logging shows that in some rare cases
   GoogleChrome sends 'mousemove' events while seeking through video, but this bug never manifests in
   GoogleChrome. So it's not 'mousemove' events. Anyway, I filed a separate bug about them.
